Omgeo's global team of Client Trainers provide end-user product training to our community of broker/dealers, investment managers, investment manager outsourcers, hedge funds, and custodian banks. With their in-depth knowledge of Omgeo’s services, the industry, and our clients’ needs, the team’s main goal is to provide you with the product knowledge you need to make the most of your Omgeo investment.

KimHock Chua, Senior Client Relations Consultant (APAC), joined Omgeo in 2000. As a member of the Asia Pacific Client Training team, Chua provides training across all major Omgeo services to both new and existing clients to ensure that they use Omgeo’s solutions efficiently in their trade flow.
Previously based in the Singapore office, Chua is now based in Omgeo’s Sydney office.
He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
| ||Yukiko Ehara|
Yukiko Ehara, Senior Client Relations Consultant (APAC), joined Omgeo in 2006 and is based in Omgeo’s Tokyo office.
As a member of the Client Relations team, Yukiko manages service implementation projects for clients to maximize the value of Omgeo solutions including Omgeo ALERT, Omgeo Central Trade Manager, and Omgeo OASYS Global. In addition to delivering trainings to the client community through onsite meetings, webinars, and workshops, she also provides technical and business support to promote best practices around product usage on Omgeo services.
Prior to joining Omgeo, Yukiko worked at Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd. in Tokyo as a Sales Representative, offering consultation and delivering sales presentations on financial products and services to existing clients and prospects.
She is a native speaker of Japanese and is fluent in English.

Kerry Fox, Client Training Consultant (EMEA), joined Omgeo and the Client Training team in 2012. Kerry began her career in Marketing and PR in the fashion industry, before moving to a training role at Dow Jones Telerate - latterly Bridge Information Systems. She then held various training and Learning and Development roles during ten years at Bank of New York Mellon, both in a client-facing role and then as a business learning partner for the Bank’s Corporate Trust division. She most recently worked as a training consultant for Microsoft Advertising.
Kerry’s enthusiasm for learning and teaching ensures that her training sessions for Omgeo clients are engaging and interactive. She is also proficient in German.

Michelle Mean, Senior Client Training Consultant (EMEA), joined Omgeo in 2000 as a member of the Client Contact Center. In that capacity, she supported all Omgeo product lines for clients globally, gaining extensive product knowledge before moving into a product management role for the Omgeo Central Trade Manager and Omgeo OASYS Global product lines.
As part of the Client Training team since 2008, Michelle provides training across all Omgeo services to both new and existing clients to ensure that they can fully maximize the use of their post-trade solutions.
Prior to working at Omgeo, Michelle worked in international customer-facing and sales roles at United Biscuits. She is also fluent in French.

Bianca McElrue, Client Training Team Lead (EMEA), joined Omgeo in 2001. As a member of the EMEA Client Training team since 2002, Bianca provides training across all Omgeo services to both new and existing clients to ensure that they have an accurate understanding of their post-trade solutions. Prior to joining the Client Training team, Bianca was a member of the Omgeo Client Contact Center. Bianca cites Omgeo ALERT as her favorite Omgeo service due to its ever-changing need to meet industry requirements and its interaction with the rest of Omgeo’s product offerings.
As a result of her studies and living abroad, Bianca speaks French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

Bianca Panlasigue, Client Training Consultant (Americas), joined Omgeo in 2011. She is responsible for training clients on all of Omgeo’s post-trade offerings.
Before joining Omgeo, Bianca was a Webcast Service Associate at Thomson Reuters where she managed a territory of C-level Investor Relations clientele by providing trainings on Thomson One and providing support for clients’ quarterly earnings release teleconference calls and webcasting.

Remberto Quesada, Senior Client Training Consultant (Americas), joined Omgeo in 2000. As a member of the Client Training team since 2005, Remberto provides training across all Omgeo services to both new and existing clients. His depth of knowledge helps clients use Omgeo’s automation to shorten post-trade lifecycles.
Prior to joining the Client Training team, Remberto was a member of Omgeo’s US Technical Integration group where he integrated Omgeo solutions with clients’ proprietary and vendor systems.
Matthew Russo, Senior Client Training Consultant (Americas), joined Omgeo in 2007. Matthew is responsible for training Omgeo’s community on all product offerings. Since joining Omgeo he has helped develop and increase the number of free monthly training sessions offered to existing and prospective clients. Currently based in Boston, he has also worked in Omgeo’s New York office.
Prior to Omgeo, Matthew was in mutual fund accounting before becoming a mutual fund accounting trainer at Investors Bank & Trust in Boston.
Jaeeun Song, Senior Client Relations Consultant (APAC), joined Omgeo in 2003 as a Client Services Executive/Account Manager.
During frequent training and consulting interactions with a variety of clients, Jaeeun provides advice and recommendations to clients on the efficient use of Omgeo services.
She also consults with users and IT developers about automation and improvements that bridge the needs of the business with the use of IT in Korea. In addition to managing new implementation projects, Jaeeun provides onsite and online trainings to users primarily on Omgeo Central Trade Manager, Omgeo ALERT, and Omgeo OASYS Global.
She is a native speaker of Korean and is fluent in English.
Huyvu Vu, Senior Client Training Consultant (Americas), joined Omgeo in 2007. A Client Trainer since 2008, Vu delivers training on all Omgeo products to new and existing clients.
Prior to joining the Client Training team, Vu was a member of the Omgeo Client Contact Center, where he provided technical and business support on all Omgeo services.
