Jo Hogan Managing Director, Human Resources Strategy & Practices Jo Hogan, managing director of human resources strategy & practices (HSRP) at Omgeo, is a member of the executive team where she is involved in developing and executing upon the company’s core strategies. She is directly responsible for ensuring the firm’s associate-related strategies align with and enhance Omgeo’s core business objectives. Ms. Hogan directs HRSP operations including employee relations, organizational and policy development, compensation, benefits, staffing and communication. She and her team analyze company-wide business trends to identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and associate engagement, and facilitate Omgeo’s organizational growth through change management, leadership development, talent management and organizational design initiatives. Prior to joining Omgeo, Ms. Hogan was managing director, global head of human resources for the investment banking department at Credit Suisse based in New York following two years heading HR for their global operations department based in London. Originally from Australia, Ms. Hogan held leadership positions in the UK with Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers International Limited and Bankers Trust Company before joining Credit Suisse. Back
