Omgeo Adds HR Veteran to Executive Team
Hogan Brings Client-Side Operations Experience to Leadership Role
Boston, New York, London – 11 May, 2009 – Omgeo, the global standard for post-trade efficiency, today announced the appointment of Joanne Hogan to the role of managing director, human resources strategy and practices (HRSP). Reporting to President and CEO Marianne C. Brown, Ms. Hogan is a member of Omgeo’s executive team and is based in Boston.
In her new role, Ms. Hogan is responsible for ensuring the firm’s people-related strategies are aligned with Omgeo’s core business objectives. She will direct HRSP operations including staffing, employee relations, policy development, compensation, benefits, organizational development and communication. Ms. Hogan will manage organizational growth while focusing on change management, leadership development, talent management and organizational design. She will also analyze company-wide business trends and identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and associate engagement.

Prior to joining Omgeo, Ms. Hogan was managing director global head, human resources in the investment banking department at Credit Suisse in New York. This role followed two years heading HR for their operations department based in London. Originally from Australia, Ms. Hogan held leadership positions in the UK with Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers International Limited and Bankers Trust Company before joining Credit Suisse.
