Scott Hillyer Managing Director, Client Operations Scott Hillyer is managing director of Omgeo’s client operations group. Within this role, Mr. Hillyer is responsible for managing Omgeo’s client operations teams around the world, including the integration of Omgeo’s services within clients’ existing operational infrastructures. The group focuses on delivering reliable and responsive client service via training, help desk support, product installations and setup, bringing clients live on its services in a timely, efficient and flexible manner. In this role, Mr. Hillyer focuses on driving client satisfaction and further enhancing the overall client experience by facilitating cross-functional collaboration, acting as an advocate for Omgeo’s clients and taking a continuous process improvement approach to product integration services, client support and training delivery. A member of the executive team, Mr. Hillyer also contributes to shaping and executing Omgeo's business strategy. Prior to joining Omgeo, Mr. Hillyer held the position of senior vice president of client services at Eagle Investment Systems LLC and has also made valuable contributions at both Fidelity Investments and State Street Bank and Trust.
