Welcome to the Omgeo web site where you will begin the process required to upgrade to the Omgeo TradeHub SSL VPN. The SSL VPN interface works with Advent’s DTCC interface to ensure secure, reliable and efficient retrieval of your confirmations and delivery of your affirmations. To provide secure SSL VPN connectivity to TradeHub, Omgeo leverages F5 Networks SSL VPN technology. With F5 SSL VPN, clients can immediately gain secure access to TradeHub utilizing their existing Internet connection, eliminating frustrations associated with a dedicated service provider and/or modem-based connection. In addition, the expanded bandwidth capacity of a VPN ensures message transmission is more timely and reliable, even during peak periods. An SSL VPN uses Secure Sockets Layer, an authentication and encryption technology built into every Web browser, to create a secure virtual private network connection over the public Internet. |

For Advent’s new users of Omgeo’s SSL VPN: These instructions are for clients currently communicating via the DTCC’s SmartDialer (modem) and would like to take advantage of the benefits of SSL VPN solution. For DTCC 3.x (Axys) only: 1) Please refer to Advent’s Knowledge Base to upgrade your communications interface to begin utilizing VPN. This process is a critical first step toward any future enhancements and to eliminate the risks associated with a disruption in service.
