| Omgeo solution. TradeSuite Confirm Archive replaces clients’ current storage method with an online system that offers immediate access to seven years of confirm history and the ability to search / pull confirms on demand in real-time, eliminating operational overhead associated with managing the archival process. Additionally, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ‘No-Action’ letters allow TradeSuite clients to defer their confirm archive management to Omgeo. Users no longer have to concern themselves with confirm archiving. Note that this is the first time the Division of Investment Management has granted such relief and it is unique to Omgeo. |
